The North Carolina Science Leadership Association (NCSLA) is looking for showcase presenters at its Fall Summit on October 18, 2017 in Greensboro.  NCSLA is looking for Science/STEM formal and informal educators.

  • Are involved with STEM Certification programs or projects that help teachers in the classroom or science laboratory
  • Do you implement after school enrichment programs such as Envirothon, NC FIRST Robotics, NC Science and Engineering Fair, Science Olympiad, and other types of science competitions
  • Have you conducted research or strategies to engage underrepresented students in STEM programs

If you have research, programs, or resources related to STEM education, WE WANT YOU to submit a proposal to present in the Showcase of Exemplary Innovation Programs in STEM Education!

The deadline to submit your proposal is October 1, 2017. Please use this form to submit your proposal. Each presenter will have one-half of a table to be used for a poster, tri-fold, and/or handouts to share with participants.

All presenters must register for the NCSLA Fall Meeting. Vendors with products that integrate STEM and Literacy may participate in the Showcase if and only if a classroom teacher has been using the product and is the person submitting the proposal.
