In the final webinar of NCSLA's 2022-2023 webinar series, we are going to focus on phenomena based instruction. Phenomena are the context for the work of both the scientist and the engineer.

Anchoring learning in explaining phenomena supports student agency for wanting to build science and engineering knowledge. Since the new standards are going to have the Science and Engineering Practices built into them, teaching with phenomena will be key in working with students.
