Working Together to Implement New Science Standards

The keynote speaker for the event is Michelle Benigno, Director of The Science House Mountain Outreach Office.

NCSLA's Spring Leadership Summit will focus on working with science teachers and leaders on implementing the new science standards with the Science and Engineering practices embedded.  At the time of the second draft much of the content portion of the standards has not changed too much, but the Science and Engineering practices have been added to the standards, which will change how teachers will be working with their students.
